Deployment of the content strategy
BIZBARCELONA is the flagship fair of Catalonia when it comes to entrepreneurship, start-ups, SMEs and self-employed workers. This event, organised by Fira de Barcelona, provides solutions for launching entrepreneurial projects and business transformation, offering advice and inspiring ideas shared by keynote speakers. There are talks, panel discussions and meetings involving entrepreneurs, investors and advisers, among many other activities.
The client set us the challenge of helping them to deploy their online content strategy and explain it with a revamped narrative and a distinctive tone. A key element within this strategy was the launch of a new newsletter. The challenge before us involved developing a content editorial plan connected to the interests of the fair’s target audience, generating engagement and providing fundamentally informative content.
Within a short period of time we conceptualised and launched the new Bizmagazine newsletter in partnership with the fair’s IT provider. Our task included supervising the content, combining our own thematic proposals with those of the Bizcommunity, the ecosystem of entities, companies and associations linked to BIZBARCELONA. All this high-quality content was prepared in three languages and SEO-optimised, both on page and off page, by using strategic keywords. This high-quality content facilitated the organic traffic of visits to the entrepreneurship fair’s website, boosting its page rank on Google and increasing its visibility.
